L’app home (o il launcher, se preferite) di Android TV ha iniziato a ricevere in questi giorni l’aggiornamento dalla versione 2.3 alla 3.0. Dovrebbe essere l’update che, una volta dato l’OK lato server da parte di Google, dovrebbe introdurre la nuova interfaccia molto simile a quella di Google TV di cui vi parlavamo all’inizio del mese.

I colleghi di 9to5google hanno trovato forti indizi a riguardo rovistando nel codice sorgente dell’APK: niente di eccezionale, ma molte stringhe che fanno chiaro riferimento alla nuova interfaccia – in particolare alle schede chiamate Home, Apps e Discover. Per completezza riportiamo di seguito i nomi delle stringhe e i corrispondenti valori:
