Siamo venuti a conoscenza del fatto che da alcuni anni nel nostro Paese le truffe bancarie stanno prendendo davvero il sopravvento, andando a mettere in crisi migliaia di correntisti. Le suddette vengono attuate spesso tramite il mail phishing, ma in questo caso i truffatori sono molto astuti, cercando di sfruttare il nome delle banche italiane per non farsi scoprire.
Utilizzando questa tecnica, le mail inoltrate sembreranno più reali di quanto lo sono realmente, e le vittime automaticamente aumenteranno. Ovviamente, è doveroso dire che all’interno del testo esiste sempre qualcosa che “puzza di bruciato” e che ci fa capire che si tratta solamente di qualcosa di fake.
Lo scopo numero uno di queste mail finte è quello di rubare i dati personali del correntista in maniera molto semplice, così da accedere in maniera davvero molto facile al suo home banking e sottrargli dei soldi. Quindi, è un metodo veloce ed efficace, essendo che il truffatore obbliga quasi il titolare del conto a sbloccare il suo account mediante un link a lui fornito.
Truffe bancarie: come difendersi
Se andiamo a fare click sul collegamento presente nella mail, l’utente si vedrà automaticamente reindirizzato alla pagina falsa della propria banca. È quasi impossibile capire che è fake, proprio perché è praticamente uguale a quella del nostro istituto di credito. Così facendo, le vittime vengono spinte nell’inganno, così che inseriscano tutte le credenziali di cui i malviventi hanno bisogno.
L’unico modo per difendersi è prestare molta attenzione e diffidare dalle mail dove c’è scritto il nome della vostra banca. Ciò perché le banche non invieranno mai delle mail per invitarvi s volgere queste azioni. Dunque, rinnoviamo l’avviso: state attenti.
